Dear visitor!! I  hope you enjoy your stay at Naturebestpics.com.

I would like to tell you a few words about myself and my hobby.

My passion for photography started when my grandfather gave me his old camera. I really liked the gift, but I had no idea what to do with it. The beast was made in the 1950s and it had to be manually set for each shot.

Estimating the exposure time and the distance to the object without using any kind of measuring device was fun.  Loading the film and using the developing tank in the dark room was a unique experience. However, it was a long and sometimes frustrating process to get the pictures printed.

Over the years I had a chance to play with various cameras. Each one of them was fun and unique in a certain way. However, it came the time to switch to digital camera. I was doing the project at my university and taking a few quick pictures seemed like a great idea.
Using digital camera for the first time in my life felt truly amazing .  I did not have to worry about any more about accidentally exposing a film to the light. Also, it was really great to see the pictures that I took right away, without waiting until they were developed.
While I was doing my project  I took a few pictures right through the microscope lens.  That's when I realized how much fun the digital camera could be.

I started experimenting with close-ups. The first experiments however, were not as successful as I hoped them to be. I could not get close enough to the flowers without getting tons of blurry pictures.
